Daniel Kan Memorial Lectures

The Kan lectures are yearly lecture series given by renowned mathematicians. Previous speakers include Michael Hopkins, Graeme Segal, Ib Madsen, Eric Friedlander, and Fabien Morel.

2022 Lectures

The 2022 Kan lectures will be given by Luc Illusie (Paris) under the general title “Three lectures on the de Rham Complex”.
  • First lecture (December 15th, 4pm; KBG Pangea): A brief historical survey.
  • Second lecture (December 16th, 11am; KBG Pangea): De Rham complexes in mixed characteristic I.
  • Third lecture (December 16th, 2pm; KBG Pangea): De Rham complexes in mixed characteristic II.
